The private banker’s name was Henry Sloan.
He was not part of Tyler’s scheme.
That mattered.
He had received documents that appeared legitimate.
Marital authority.
Trust certification.
Electronic signature.
Then Mara contacted him directly.
She informed him the authorization was disputed.
The bank froze the transaction.
Henry agreed to meet Madison privately.

He brought copies of every document Tyler submitted.
One page contained a timestamp.
The marital consent form had been created three weeks before the wedding.
Madison stared.
“Before we were married.”
Henry nodded.
“So he planned this before the ceremony.”
“Yes.”
Another page showed Sienna as document contact.
Then Henry showed Madison something Tyler had not expected.
A recorded compliance call.
Tyler:
My wife is fully aware. She wants to support the company.
Henry:
Will she join the call?
Tyler:
She’s traveling.
Date:
The day Madison was having her final wedding dress fitting.
She had never been traveling.
The lie was small.
