Other disputed charges remained commercially arguable.
Civil settlement:
Verity House repaid $620,000 including fees and credits.
No multimillion-dollar fantasy judgment.
Vanessa retained her company.
Lost Morgan Meridian.
That was devastating enough.
Defamation claims between Claire and Vanessa settled separately.
Vanessa issued a public statement acknowledging:

Claire was employed and promoted before any romantic relationship,
