Emily expected Margaret to transfer her rights immediately.
Margaret refused.
Emily was stunned.

“So?”
“Because angry people make expensive decisions.”
Emily almost laughed.

“I will not use ownership as a weapon to help you punish Victor.”
That hurt.

certainty.

independence.
Then:
“If the founder rights are enforceable, they belong to me until I decide otherwise.”
