The papers described a bridge transfer from Ellison Family Trust into:
ELLISON STRATEGIC RESERVE LLC.
A legitimate entity.
Created years earlier to hold temporary liquidity during acquisitions.
The transfer itself was not inherently suspicious.
The problem was timing.
The trust had no approved $38 million movement scheduled.
And the authorization page contained:
Marcus Ellison signature.
Julian Croft trustee certification.
Henry Ellison legacy seal.
Marcus stared at his own signature.
It looked perfect.
Too perfect.
He had not signed it.
Diana said:
“Maybe your office prepared it.”
Marcus turned to Julian, seated at the far end of the table.
