Chapter 6 - ROSA'S STORY

Rosa had worked in the penthouse for four years.
She was not a trust expert.
She was not a corporate whistleblower.
She cleaned rooms.
Prepared tables.
Helped with Lily.
Three nights before the dinner, Rosa entered Diana’s dressing room to collect dry cleaning.
Diana was on the phone.
She heard:
“Once Marcus signs the marriage documents, the reserve transfer looks like premarital restructuring.”
Then:
“No, I don’t need him to sign the transfer if the trustee packet is clean.”
Rosa froze.
Diana saw her.
After the call, Diana smiled.
“You misunderstood.”
Rosa said nothing.
Diana continued:
“You have a daughter. This job matters.”
