division of family investment interests,
independent audit of Hayes Family Capital,
repayment of disputed transfers,
governance restrictions.
Adrian resigned from the Meridian Axis transaction committee.
Northshore acquisition was later restarted under independent oversight.
Different team.
Different process.
Claire was nowhere near it.
