Chapter 13 - THE DIVORCE

Rachel filed.
Mark asked:
“Over one slap?”
Rachel answered:
“No.”
He already knew.
The divorce addressed:
custody,
house,
retirement,
company distributions.
Rachel did not seek part of Mercer Heritage Farms beyond what marital-property law allowed.
No revenge seizure.
No destroying the company.
She requested:
primary residential custody,
structured parenting schedule,
no unsupervised contact between Diane and Emma initially.
The court granted temporary restrictions after reviewing:
birthday incident,
Diane’s statements,
Emma’s distress,
Mark’s physical response while Rachel held the child.
Mark completed anger-management counseling.
Diane did not apologize.
May you like
Not sincerely.
So supervision remained.
