Lili’s watch recording did not prove the entire scheme.
It captured:
voices,
time,
location,
and one suspicious sentence.
Defense experts challenged it.
Wind noise.
Distance.
Voice identification uncertainty.
Could “the fire started inside” refer to an ordinary investigator theory?
Yes.
Could “move the drums” be legal cleanup?
Yes.
The recording alone was weak.
Then CER truck GPS logs appeared.
Ryan had disabled fleet GPS on his truck at 5:41 a.m.
Re-enabled:
6:24 a.m.
Why?
He claimed electrical maintenance.
No repair ticket.
Then traffic camera footage showed the truck leaving Pine Ridge at 6:07 with two cylindrical shapes visible beneath a tarp.
A landfill employee later recognized Ryan.
The drums were delivered to a private industrial landfill using a generic debris ticket.
No hazardous-waste manifest.
That was the break.
Not the watch.
