Tyler pleaded guilty to a juvenile? He's 19 adult. Simple assault/endangering? Let's keep generic assault and harassment charges.
He received:
probation,
community service,
anger-management counseling,
ban from Franklin,
and restitution for Emma’s medical evaluation and counseling-related costs.
No jail after plea and lack of prior record.
Rachel was furious initially.
Then prosecutor explained:
Emma had no lasting physical injury,
Tyler admitted conduct,
video clear,
first offense.
Rachel accepted without liking.
Melissa faced evidence-tampering and obstruction-related charges for deleting surveillance data and directing deceptive editing.
She also lost her job at Mason Development.
Martin was not criminally charged over the incident.
Investigators could not prove he participated in the deletion or ordered misconduct.
Rachel disliked that too.
But suspicion is not conviction.
Jason received diversion-like treatment for harassment-related conduct and cooperation.
Again:
not innocent,
not equal culpability.
Then Franklin’s landlord trust renewed the lease.
Five years.
Higher rent.
But manageable.
Condition:
safety upgrades complete.
The gym stayed.
Not forever.
