Sophia wanted revenge.
Real revenge.
She wanted:
Ryan destroyed,
Emily humiliated,
every friend told.
She drafted a social-media post.
Rachel stopped her.
“Do not.”
“Why should he control the story?”
“He doesn’t.”
“Then I tell it.”
“You’re in litigation.”
Sophia hated legal patience.
Then she considered leaking the hotel footage.
Emily found out.
“Do it.”
Sophia stared.
Emily continued:
“If you need people to hate me, give them the truth.”
That stopped Sophia.
Because she realized:
Ryan had made public humiliation part of the trap.
If Sophia destroyed Emily publicly, they would stay divided.
Then Ryan could still argue:
family dysfunction,
trustee instability,
conflicted successor.
Sophia deleted the post.
Not forgiveness.
Strategy.
Then she told Emily:
“You don’t get to call this sisterhood yet.”
Emily nodded.
“I know.”
