Arthur and Seraphina had a prenuptial agreement.
It protected:
Arthur’s company,
Catherine’s family assets,
Clara and Lily’s inheritance,
premarital property.
Seraphina would still receive generous marital provisions.
But she would not automatically own everything in the Caldwell house.
Her attorney requested a full household asset schedule.
Normal.
That created access.
Seraphina began helping identify which objects were:
Arthur’s personal property,
Catherine estate property,
children’s gifts,
family-trust assets.
Elena noticed several spreadsheet entries had changed.
“CALDWELL FAMILY - NOT TRANSFERABLE”
became:
“ARTHUR CALDWELL PERSONAL PROPERTY.”
