Chapter 9 - JULIAN BLAKE

Julian cooperated immediately.
He opened his records.
His company had prepared a proposed storage package worth:
$118,000 per year.
Expensive, but not absurd for the insured value involved.
Then investigators found a clause:
DISPOSAL / BROKERAGE ASSISTANCE UPON OWNER AUTHORIZATION.
Blake Storage could arrange private sales.
Common in high-end logistics.
Then an email from Seraphina:
Once household control is consolidated, I want options on the pieces Arthur never uses.
Julian replied:
Only with Arthur’s written approval.
Seraphina:
Obviously.
That helped her defense.
Then another message:
We need Elena gone before inventory transition. She thinks Catherine’s labels are scripture.
Julian replied:

That sounds personal. Leave me out of staffing.
Now Arthur knew Elena was a target.
