Temporary plan:
Tessa and Miles stayed in the Miller house with Rebecca.
Grant returned home after hospital discharge with physical restrictions.
Laura stayed elsewhere.
Supervised contact with children.
No unsupervised caregiving pending evaluation.
Laura’s attorney argued:
“One serious lapse should not erase motherhood.”
Grant’s attorney replied:
“It was not one lapse.”
