The expedited governance hearing lasted six days.
Daniel looked composed.

Then Dr. Price.
“I never declared Claire Bennett incapacitated.”
Then Victor.
“Daniel told us he expected Claire to strike him and instructed us to control the room once she did.”
Daniel’s attorney attacked Victor as a contractor seeking to avoid liability.

Daniel’s voice:

Silence.
Then Evelyn testified.

Evelyn looked at Claire.

“Because she would have said no.”
That was it.
The judge restored Claire’s voting rights immediately.

Removed Daniel from operational control.
Suspended the two directors pending shareholder review.
Then the judge added:
“Consent cannot be reverse-engineered from the expectation that someone would refuse.”
