Lauren Pierce separated every issue.

Margaret reacted badly to an animal approaching.

Wilson Community Advisory performed real services.
Invoice duplicates:
Sentinel’s accounting problem.
Conflict disclosure:
HOA policy at the time was ambiguous regarding indirect spouse-owned vendor relationships.
Strong.
Then Lauren attacked Emily.
Emily had access to preliminary HOA financial records.
After the dog incident, she discussed suspected overbilling with two neighbors.
Margaret called that:
retaliatory disclosure.
Emily’s lawyer advised her:
“Stop talking.”
She did.
