Chapter 13 - LUIS’S LAST STORY

With the house gone, Luis attacked reputation.
He posted online.
Not direct threats.
Narrative.
A controlling sister destroys a marriage.
A mentally fragile wife manipulated for property.
A greedy family hiding behind trusts.
Some relatives believed him.
Some friends hesitated.
One family member called Isabel and said:
“Maybe you both made mistakes.”
Isabel hung up.
Progress.
Ana wanted to respond publicly.
Daniel Ortiz stopped her.
“Don’t litigate Instagram.”
“Boring.”
“Correct.”
The evidence continued.
Bank records.
Texts.
Mailbox footage.
Notary payments.
Trust documents.
Vanessa’s testimony.
Isabel’s recorded loan call.
Every piece narrowed Luis’s story.
He could claim Ana was controlling.
He could not explain her forged signature.
He could claim Isabel was unstable.
He could not explain why instability made him entitled to borrow against her house.
He could call Vanessa a friend.
The condo deed disagreed.
