Victoria spent:

$41,000 on production deposits,
$32,000 on PR consulting,
$19,000 on legal drafting,
$7,500 on photographer retainers.
Large.
But related.
Then:
$110,000 transferred to Hale Image Partners.
Owner:
Victoria’s brother, Connor Hale.
Purpose:
brand strategy.

Some.
Not $110,000 worth.
Then:
$60,000 transferred to Victoria’s personal brokerage.
That was harder to defend.
She called it:
owner distribution from VHC Media.
Legally possible if income was hers.
Problem:
the underlying contract may have been unauthorized.
Then Rachel found a clause.
If campaign canceled due to parent authorization failure, Victoria personally guaranteed repayment of the advance.
She owed the money back.
Suddenly her desperation had another layer.
If Elena exposed the contract:
campaign collapses,
advance becomes repayable,
brand relationship dies,
public image suffers.
Victoria was not trying to steal Leo’s fortune.
She was trying to preserve a business deal she had built around him.
