Then Grant found his own name.
Two reimbursement certifications carried his electronic signature.
He had not personally submitted them.
But Patricia had used a signature block from an earlier claim form.
Grant remembered telling her:

That was not authorization to reuse his signature.
Still, he had helped create the environment.
He signed the first claim packet without reading it.

He traveled constantly.

“The insurance paperwork is handled,”
