Consequence.
Ryan response.
School effect.
Entries:
LILY THREW TOY — RYAN ABSENT.
LILY REFUSED BED — RYAN YELLED.
LILY CRIED FOR MOM — RYAN LEFT ROOM.
Then:
DISCIPLINE REQUIRED AT GRANDMOTHER’S HOME.
No details.
Another:
QUIET CONTAINMENT EFFECTIVE — 4 MINUTES.
Ryan stopped.
“How many times?”
There were seven similar entries.
Not all freezer.
Maybe closet.
Laundry room.
Garage corner.
Evelyn had developed a method:
isolate Lily in enclosed spaces until she stopped crying.
She called it:
quiet containment.
She had even searched:
child behavioral containment methods,
grandparent guardianship evidence,
signs of parental emotional neglect.
Maya said:
“She was not randomly losing control.”
Ryan stared.
“No.”
“She believed she was treating behavior.”
Worse.
Then one search:
Can child anxiety support guardianship transfer?
There.
Evelyn observed the symptoms her punishment helped create.
Then researched whether those symptoms could help her remove Ryan.
