Marcus hired Lauren Pierce.

outside messengers.

Marcus said all reserve spending had been approved by the independent trustee.
Also true.
Invoices existed.
Some work had actually been done.
Also true.
Lauren’s argument:
Even if the DNA test was compromised, it did not automatically prove Marcus stole anything.
